The brief
This luxury apartment complex comprises 18 units spread over three floors, designed for upper-middle-income tenants. Each unit features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, a modern kitchen, and a private balcony. The structure is reinforced concrete frame with cavity wall infill for thermal insulation. High-end finishes included ceramic tiling, solid wood doors, aluminium sliding windows, and granite countertops. Externally, we constructed a paved parking area, landscaped gardens with an irrigation system, a perimeter wall with electric fencing, and a guardhouse. The project was delivered within 14 months, and all 18 units were pre-sold before completion. This project remains a showcase of our ability to deliver premium residential developments to demanding private clients.

The project was completed during the dry season to avoid weather-related delays. Since handover, the market has become a vibrant economic hub, benefiting over 300 local vendors and improving food security and income generation in the sub-county.
