The brief
Crown Beverages, a major manufacturer, required an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system to protect sensitive production line equipment from voltage fluctuations and outages. Our team supplied and installed three 800KVA transformer-based UPS units with a 15-minute battery backup at full load, plus a parallel control system for load sharing. The installation required a new concrete plinth, heavy-duty cable trays, ventilation ducting, and integration with the plant’s existing diesel generator for seamless transition during extended outages.
We also provided comprehensive training for the client’s electrical staff. The system has since operated with 99.9% uptime, preventing costly production stoppages. This project demonstrates our capability in complex industrial electrical works beyond traditional construction.
