Under this framework, Ficah was pre‑qualified to execute on‑call repair works for roads, drainage channels, culverts, and associated infrastructure across all divisions of Kampala. Call‑off orders are issued as needs arise, allowing rapid response to pothole repairs, collapsed drains, and emergency road works. This contract leverages our mobile equipment fleet and skilled crews to deliver fast, high‑quality interventions. It has already improved several kilometres of urban roads and drainage systems, reducing flooding risks and enhancing mobility.
