The brief
This multi-phase project involved the construction of a modern education campus in Lwengo District, serving hundreds of students. Phase One comprised four classroom blocks with a total of 16 classrooms, each finished with terrazzo flooring, aluminium windows, and ventilated roofing. Phase Two added an administration block, a library, a fully equipped science laboratory, and sanitation facilities with rainwater harvesting systems.
Our team worked closely with the client’s educational consultants to ensure compliance with Ministry of Education design standards, including adequate natural lighting, ventilation, and accessibility features.

Location
The project was delivered six weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the school to open for the new academic term. We also provided a one-year defect liability period during which minor snags were addressed at no extra cost.
