The brief
This mixed-use medical and residential development is one of our most complex urban projects. The scope included a two-storey specialist hospital (URO Care) featuring 20 inpatient beds, two operating theatres, a diagnostic imaging suite, laboratory, pharmacy, and administrative offices. Adjacent to the hospital, we constructed a four-storey residential apartment building with 12 high-end units. Key challenges included coordinating medical gas piping, emergency power systems, and specialized HVAC requirements for the operating theatres – all within a constrained urban site.

Location
Our MEP team worked closely with medical equipment suppliers to ensure precise installation of imaging machines (X-ray, ultrasound) and sterilization equipment.
The residential component was completed three months after the hospital, allowing separate handovers. The client has since engaged us for ongoing maintenance support.
